GLOUCESTER HARBOUR BYELAWS 1997 and 2006
(As confirmed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions on 16 October 1998 and by the Secretary of State for Transport on 10 May 2006)
The Gloucester Harbour Trustees in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 83 of the Harbour, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847, article 16 of the Gloucester Harbour Revision Order 1994 and of all other enabling powers, hereby make the following byelaws.
