Gloucester Harbour Trustees in exercise of the powers conferred by articles 10 and 11 of The Gloucester Harbour Revision Order 1994 (S.I. 1994 No. 3162) and all other powers them enabling, hereby make the following General Directions (attached) which will come into force on 1 April 1999.
